REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Digital Products Delivery Notice
All items sold on excelz (excelz.store) are intangible digital goods, including Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbooks, Google Sheets templates, dynamic calculators, and downloadable CRM systems. These are delivered electronically via immediate email dispatch upon successful checkout.
2. Return & Refund Conditions
Because digital products are immediately accessible and non-returnable once electronic access is provided, all sales are considered final. However, customer satisfaction is our primary standard. We provide a 14-day defect warranty: if a template exhibits formula corruption, script errors, or broken compatibility that our engineering team cannot fix within 48 business hours, we will issue a full 100% refund.
